Operator and online status

Sienna Everyday is a trading name used by Altarix LLC and operates exclusively online. We do not claim to operate a physical shop, office or warehouse in Australia. The brand name does not itself represent Australian ownership, manufacture or physical presence.

Acceptable use

Customers must have legal capacity to purchase or permission from a parent or guardian. Users must not interfere with store security, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual property or use the services unlawfully.

Products and orders

Products and availability may change. We may limit quantities, decline fraudulent orders or cancel where stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or information contains a genuine and obvious error. A cancelled paid amount will be refunded.

Product information and images

We take reasonable steps to present products accurately. Minor colour differences can result from lighting and screen settings. Manual measurements may vary by approximately 1 to 3 centimetres.

Some lifestyle, campaign and editorial images may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence or digital editing. They are not intended to represent actual employees, premises, warehouses or factories unless expressly stated. Customers should review descriptions, composition, measurements, size guides and original product imagery. This disclosure does not excuse a material difference between goods and their description.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Promotions apply only to the products and period stated. Percentage savings and comparison prices will be used only where supported by a lawful and reasonable basis. We may correct a genuine obvious pricing error before dispatch and allow the customer to confirm the corrected price or receive a refund.

Non-excludable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
