How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link if tracking is available. Tracking may take several business days to update as a parcel moves between international and Australian carriers. If you need help locating your order, email us at siennaeverydaycare@gmail.com.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We want shopping with Sienna Everyday to be as easy and convenient as possible, which is why we offer free shipping on all orders.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. We work closely with our logistics partners to keep shipping free, with no additional delivery costs added to your order.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress right through to delivery.

No shipping fees, no surprises. Just a little wait until your order arrives.

Where do you ship from?

Some orders are dispatched by our international fulfilment partners. Items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels. We’ll send tracking information after dispatch when available.

Can I return sale items?

Yes. Sale items are eligible for a change-of-mind return under our 30-day returns policy, provided they meet the policy’s condition requirements. Email siennaeverydaycare@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage and any applicable customs charges.

If an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of whether it was on sale.

What is your returns policy?

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and any hygiene protection intact. Email siennaeverydaycare@gmail.com before sending a return so we can provide the correct address and instructions.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law also apply if an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description. Those rights are not limited to 30 days.
